Cal. 45 LC. S# S&W9722. Bbl. 6 1/2". Ramped blade front sight with orange insert. Adjustable square notch rear sight with white outline. One of 10,000 Model 25-3 revolvers made in 1977 to commemorate the 125th anniversary of Smith & Wesson. Monogram has wreaths with a "125 YEARS" marking. Right side of the bbl. has "125 ANNIVERSARY" under the Smith & Wesson marking. Several markings have a yellow highlight. Blued finish with case colored target trigger & hammer. Smooth Goncalo Alves target grips with silver S&W medallions. UNATTACHED ACCESSORIES: factory presentation box to include S&W book by historian Roy jinks (specially secured under top of case), case key and silver 125th medallion. Top of case has rectangular brass 125th plaque for engraving. Deep royal blue shadow lined velvet interior. Numerous light marks on top of case; near excellent interior. CONDITION: grips show a couple small spots of flaked varnish. Trigger & hammer retain most of their case colors with some light operational wear. Balance of metal retains 98% original blue with a spot of discoloration on triggerguard & some light handling wear. Action functions properly when hand cycled. Bright near excellent bore.
